This website is run by Auckland Creative, a trading name of Kraig Phillips, in Auckland, New Zealand. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Auckland Creative. By using it you agree to these terms.

The example sites are made up

The six example businesses (Late Pour Wine Room, Second Rise Bakehouse, Tideline Reformer, Ferris & Vane, True Square Builders and Soft Hours Studio) and the brands in the email showcase are invented to show what we can build. They are not real businesses.

Nothing on an example site or in a sample email is a real offer. You can't actually book, order, buy or get a quote from them. Booking, ordering and quote forms on the examples don't send anything, and any prices, times, phone numbers or people shown on them are made up.

Photos on the examples come from Unsplash and Pexels under their licences.

Prices

Prices on this site are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST unless shown otherwise. Where we show a price "+ GST", the GST-inclusive price is shown beside it.

We're registered for GST, so GST is added at 15%.

A price on this site is a guide to what we charge. The price for your job is the one in your written proposal, and the work is done under our client terms, which you'll get with the proposal.

Comparisons and case studies

Comparisons with other providers use their published figures, and we say where they came from and the month we checked them. Their prices and terms can change after that date, so check them yourself before you decide.

Results in the client case studies (for example speed scores) are what the named tool measured at the time. Your results will depend on your site, your content and your hosting.

Links to other sites

Some links go to other websites, such as client sites and booking systems. We don't control those sites and we're not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability.

Using the content

The design, words and code of this site belong to us, except the photos and third-party material, which belong to their owners. You're welcome to look, share links and send yourself the sample emails. Please don't copy the site or the examples to use as your own.

Using the email showcase

Only request samples to an email address that's yours. The showcase has send limits to stop misuse, and we may block addresses or connections that misuse it.

Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate and working, but it's provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss from using this site or relying on it, or from the site being unavailable.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that can't be excluded by agreement.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is set out in the privacy policy.

New Zealand law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts deal with any dispute about them.
